Nicoletta gave clear instructions on how to arrive and where the house and beach spot are located.

The house is very spacious and has a lovely terrace and garden.

The walk to the beach spot is a bit long, but once there, there are sun loungers, deck chairs, and a hut where you can store equipment.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom fittings felt a bit awkward, with a sit-down bathtub and a narrow shower cabin.

If temperatures continue to rise, air conditioning in the bedrooms would be an advantage. The house is, of course, beautifully located within the pine forest.

The park of the Pineta di Roccamare is truly a place to unwind. It is very peaceful, and in autumn the beach is not crowded with tourists.

We also appreciated the chance to take bike trips around Cala Violina.

Included in the price there is also a private beach hut that can be reached in 20 to 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike or scooter. Near the hut there is also a storage space where you can leave your beach equipment.

Since it is a private beach, it is basically empty, so you will have plenty of space. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

We chose this house based on the location and the photos, but we have to say the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place. The house is very spacious, clean, and immersed in quiet and privacy.

The surrounding garden, the outdoor spaces for eating or having an aperitivo, and the hot outdoor shower really make the difference. The beach is easy to reach on foot with a lovely 20-minute walk through the pine forest, while by car it takes five minutes.

We, 4 adults and 6 children, spent a lovely holiday week in Roccamare. The house offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.

The sea can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, though that is the nearest part of the beach, not the private beach spot belonging to the house, which is even farther.

Shops can be reached by car in Castiglione. Communication with Nicoletta was very good, and the gate staff on site were able to provide helpful information.

Great location: the house is in a guarded woodland area. It is very large, clean, and well equipped. The garden is also large and beautifully maintained.

The location of this spacious and well-equipped house is absolutely unique. Set in the pine forest and framed by a large, carefully kept garden, it is an oasis of peace and contemplation.

Not far from Castiglione della Pescaia, it is perfect for beautiful excursions or bike rides if you do not simply want to enjoy the wonderful sea.

A mature place, perfectly adapted to its natural surroundings. I would gladly come back in the off-season.

A wonderful house located in the pine forest. It is huge, with a beautiful garden, private and not overlooked, very well equipped, and extremely well cared for.

Great for a holiday with children. The beach is about 35 minutes away on foot, but there is a private beach spot with shaded shelter. Bakery and restaurants are not within walking distance.

The house is fabulous.

We spent a very lovely holiday here and liked the house very much. The whole area in the pine forest is very well maintained and pleasantly spacious.

The plots are arranged so that pine forest and hedges grow between the houses, and the loose building pattern gives a real sense of peace and relaxation. We were 8 people — 4 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 7, and 8 — and it suited everyone very well.

The best way to reach the beach is by using the bicycles available at the house, or possibly by car, and that worked well for us. The beach is wonderful for children, all fine sand, and in this section of the area it is only lightly visited.

The shaded shelter belonging to the house is only about 30 meters from the sea. I would recommend it 100 percent to anyone looking for peace and relaxation, and in my view it is also ideal for families with young children.

The house and its location in the pine forest of Roccamare are exceptional. The house is well equipped for a large family, nicely furnished, and cool. The garden is also beautiful and very well kept.

The beach spot is delightful and the sea is crystal clear. The only issue concerned maintenance: the shower in the first bathroom was not working, the outside shower had a blocked drain, and it was difficult to find 2 working bicycles out of the 10 available.

Some with brakes had no pedals, some with pedals had no saddle, and so on. Aside from that, everything was fantastic.
